- The Burbank Tournament of Roses Association produces Burbank's float for the annual Rose Parade in Pasadena on New Year's Day. We have a long history of creating award-winning floats on behalf of Burbank. Once again, this year, we need your help raising funds. We expect to spend more than $40,000 just on the floral materials! While we do receive a grant from the City, it is not enough.
