- The CACA–Union Chinese School (CACA-UCS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving residents of Union and Middlesex Counties by promoting multicultural awareness. Since our founding in 1979, UCS has been actively engaged in community service and cultural enrichment. We have been proudly affiliated with the Chinese American Cultural Association (CACA) since 1987. Our mission is to preserve Chinese culture and heritage while fostering greater understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism within our community. As part of our annual tradition, UCS will host the Holiday Fundraiser through Lynch Creek Farm. All funds raised will directly support the school’s programs and operations. Specifically, proceeds will help purchase materials for students to learn Chinese calligraphy and create spring couplets (春聯) to hang at home during the Chinese New Year celebration.
