- Wreaths for Pups benefits Who Rescued Who, a foster-based rescue in Texas that relies solely on donations to continue saving more dogs off the streets of Houston and surrounding areas. Their mission is to aid homeless, abandoned and neglected dogs, to nurture them in the foster care of volunteers, to provide veterinary care and socialization, and to place them in permanent loving and responsible homes at the same time, educating people on the importance of companion animals in our society.
