- Hospice of Sweetwater County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which provides end-of-life care to individuals and families throughout Sweetwater County. Hospice services are available 24/7 and are provided based on eligibility and not on insurance coverage or ability to pay. The donation from your purchase helps to cover the costs of care provided to individuals who are under- or uninsured. These funds also allow us to provide community wide bereavement services at no cost. You can learn more about our program at www.myhsc.org.
